The Brake Tester is an important system in which the brakes of the vehicles are being tested before going on the road for a long trip. It is important to check the health of the brakes before going on the road because it is necessary for our safety otherwise any incident can happen. Brake testing is a way in which the capability of the brakes is being checked whether they are able to be on the road or not. This system is made for grading the capability of any vehicle. This test is done for determining the brake force. It is important that the rig must have a braking efficiency of 43%. If the Suspension Tester determine that the rig have proper braking efficiency then it is ready to use otherwise the rig needs to be serviced. It is not good for the rig to have more or below braking efficiency than 43% because it is not safe for the brakes.
It is better to get the service of an experienced person before going on the trip because if you will face any difficulty during the trip maybe you won’t be able to get the services if you are going into the remote areas.
