The heat exchanger is usually looks like a device which is used in various machines that enables it to generate heat. Types of heat exchangers

Basically these heat exchangers are divided into two major categories the first is parallel flow heat exchanger and the other is counter flow heat exchanger.

The parallel heat exchanger use parallel flow technique in which two mediums are going on the same side of the device. The exchanger will work on the actual plan of throwing out heat flow from the machine and the exchanger mainly aims to works according to the flow management.

The other type of heat exchanger works on the principle of counter flow management as in this kind of heat exchanger two medium will enter the exchanger from different sides. Many big industries use this technology in their machines as it has proved to be more effective in heavy machines.

Traditionally the main aim of designing heat exchanger is to minimize the resistance between two fluids that flow from one medium to another. Fins can also be installed as additional helper that can control the flow of two different mediums in one machine and can maximize the efficiency of the machines. It will also control the temperature during heating process of the machine.
